Hi-Yahhhh!

Here is a video of Coby doing a hammer fist to break a board in his karate class tonight. He did excellent and was so proud of himself. He now wants to go to Home Depot with Daddy to buy some more wood. ;)

Keep in mind while watching the video, that there were 2 instructors helping two "lil samurai's" at a time. So some voices are from Mr. Craig, not Sensei Daniel who is assisting Coby.

We Three Kings

Adorable enough, Coby's preschool put on a Christmas play this morning and our little Coby had a speaking part. He was the First of the 3 Kings and his line was "Where is the one born King of the Jews?" He did excellent and I have it on video, but of course the "Blogger" won't allow me to upload it. Maybe the file is too big, but I will continue to try. Below are some of the actual pictures I was able to get when not video-taping. Don't you just love his pimpin' hat????

Best Tree Ever!

For best Christmas Tree ever goes to the Digirolamo's!!!!!!! Why ours, you ask? Well simply because every ornament on the tree is handmade with love by the sweet little hands of Coby & Blake! (and Mommy's of course to help) It was the rule for our tree this year and by far I think it is the best one we've ever had. My thumbs were blistered for just a few days stringing the popcorn, and paint sure has ruined a few sets of kid clothes, but in the end it all paid off and I think Santa will be very happy. Take a look and see for yourself...

Turkey Time!

So you would think at Thanksgiving you are eating, turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, corn and all yummy veggies. But not for the kids! They got stuffed on cake and cookies instead! They were bouncing (literally, since my brother had a bounce house set up for the kids) yes, bouncing off the walls with all of the sugar the inhaled that day! But we sure did have a great day with the family. Happy Thanksgiving!

Girls Night

I had a great time out on the town with my mom and sister at one of my favorie waterfront restaurants, Bimini Boatyard. So pretty and the weather was great that evening!

The Karate Kid

As you can see, Coby is now attending karate classes. He goes 3 times a week and absolutely LOVES it. He practices all of the time (thankfully, not on his brother). he has been using the old crib mattress as his "punching bag" and practicing all of his kicks and punches. It is so cute to watch him when it comes time to sparring. I will try to get a few pictures of him in his class one of these days. In the meantime, here he is in his fighter stance. (Notice the serious face)

Ladybugs Galore

We went to a Ladybug Release today and could not believe that they were everywhere! As we waited for the ladybugs to make their grand entrance, we played with the existing ones in the nature trail area. I kid you not, they were everywhere, I had the heebie jeebies the entire time. But of course the boys loved it. So I had to stay! We even managed to keep one... until he flew away... he's somewhere in my car...
